The LineUp brings the best of the island’s activities -- surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, outrigger canoeing, dining, and entertainment -- as attractions never before available in one location, celebrating our deep connection to water. The LineUp is a meeting place for locals, aspiring surfers to pro surfers, and travelers alike. The Wai Kai Wave, powered by citywave®, will be the world's biggest "man-made" deep-water standing wave at 100 feet wide and adjustable from two feet to head high, offering an authentic surf experience for first-time beginners to pros, the Wai Kai Wave offers something for everyone.
The adjacent Wai Kai Lagoon sits between the Wai Kai Wave and the Pacific Ocean offering a 52-acre (equal to nearly 40 football fields) calm and sheltered lagoon ideal for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, guided outrigger canoeing, enjoying pedal boats or other recreational activities. Plus, the Dock at The LineUp will feature a fully-stocked selection of rental equipment, lesson clinics, and social events.
The LookOut bar and restaurant provides front-row viewing to the action at the Wai Kai Wave along with evening entertainment.
Foam Coffee & Bar overlooks the adjacent Wai Kai Lagoon, servicing the boardwalk and the Nalo Kai Club lounge, private cabanas and lounge chairs.

For those seeking a more upscale experience, the Nalo Kai Club Lounge features a club-style locker room, showers, air conditioned lounge with concierge services, and reserved access to the 12 full-service cabanas along the adjacent Wai Kai Lagoon and the 6 surf-side deck cabanas.
Group Events & Catering
The LineUp is the perfect location for groups that want a unique and active event. We offer healthy and delicious food options for groups of 20 people to a full buyout of The LineUp for a private event of up to 750 people. We can also package outdoor recreational activities for your group at both the Wai Kai Wave or adjacent Wai Kai Lagoon, including the Nalo Kai Club lounge and private cabanas.
