Surf Park Management, based in San Diego, is a proven and professional management team focused on delivering successful business results for developers and investors in the emerging wave pool arena, specializing in surf operations combined with food & beverage, entertainment, events, retail, and other recreational amenities. We are technology-agnostic and work with all leading wave technology manufacturers best suited for the specific venue and its operating parameters. Our team is a group of surf, action sport and resort industry veterans who have the unique skill sets to bridge the connection between the board-riding culture to sophisticated investors in a board room.
Also part of the Wai Kai Wave ownership team are John Luff of Surf Park Central, Matt Ruzika of CEM Aquatics, and Shane Beschen, former pro surfer; all of whom have a long history of working in the surf park industry.
